What: A Soup Sampler Addressing Increased Local Hunger

Some Info: *1 in 10 Wisconsinites are facing issues of Hunger. Hunger Task Force reports an increase in people served from 23,831 in 2005 to 34,596 in 2008. Numbers of people served are increasing more dramatically in 2009

All proceeds from this event will go to area Food Pantries to address area hunger.

When: November 8, 2009

Where: The Waters 1393 Washington Ave., Oshkosh, WI

Diners may purchase bowls created by area artists. These beautiful bowls will be used for serving and taken home as a reminder of the hungry in our community and our world

Serving will be 4:00 -7:00 p.m.

A Silent Auction of Art Pieces 4:00-6:30 p.m

Painted Chairs from local artists will be presented for auction at 6:00 p.m.

Advance ticket purchases appreciated, but tickets will be available at the door.
