Good point. BTW, Oshkosh's drinking water factilty, which presumably regularly tests the safety of our drinking water, is located directly adjacent to the Memoninee Park beach on the lakeshore. It could hardly be more conveniently located to give the staff of that facility easy access to the beach for the purpose of testing the safety of the water at the beach.
